C.Net5000 ECG Monitor

24/48-Hour Ambulatory ECG Monitor with Instant Analysis

The Cardionetics C.Net5000 is a 24/48-hour ambulatory ECG monitor with instant automated analysis, designed specifically for use in general practice to assist in the early detection of cardiac arrhythmia.

  • Cardionetics C.Net5000
  • Designed for use in general practice
  • Arrhythmia automatically detected and classified
  • Instant analysis and reporting
  • Palm size, lightweight, and comfortable to wear
  • Reassures patients with benign arrhythmia
  • Reimbursement available through practice based commissioning
  • Satisfies the requirements for sustainability

Easy to Use

The C.Net5000 is easy to use and requires no pre-programming. The three electrode configuration is easy to fit and comfortable for the patient to wear. A test is started with a single button press.

The following short video shows in detail how to use the C.Net5000, including preparing the patient, afixing the leads, installing batteries, turning on and off and viewing reports on the unit itself.

Advanced ECG Analysis

The C.Net5000 features fully automatic ECG analysis. The test results are presented in an easy to read report, and no subsequent review by an ECG technician is needed. The C.Net5000 is able to automatically detect significant arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation (AF), ventricular ectopic beats, pauses and arrests, and wide-complex tachycardias (including VT).

C.Net5000 ECG Analysis Features

  • Heart rate
  • Tachycardia and bradycardia
  • ST segment depression
  • Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
  • Low RR variability
  • Wide complex tachycardia
  • Asystole
  • Atrial ectopics
  • Ventricular ectopics
  • Patient-activated symptom events

On Screen Display

The ECG trace is shown in real time on the LCD screen, allowing cardiac events to be observed as they occur. The C.Net5000 analyses the signal and automatically records examples of any arrhythmia detected.
The keypad and LCD screen can be locked to prevent the patient from viewing the ECG trace or interfering with the monitor during the test. The patient can press the symptom button when they experience symptoms, and the C.Net5000 will record an ECG trace.
At the end of the test, the analysis results can be viewed on the LCD screen, without requiring connection to a computer.
The on-screen report shows example traces of the most significant arrhythmia detected.
Using the included Cardionetics Connect software, the report can be downloaded to a PC for printing, review, and attaching to the patient record.

Example Reports

The C.Net5000 produces an easy to read test report that contains summary information and ECG traces for any arrhythmias detected. The examples below are taken from actual C.Net5000 test reports.
